As we all know, Boris Bagryanskiy was charged with criminal confinement in a sexual assault case.
In 2013, The Herald-Times reported that Boris Bagryanskiy was facing sexual assault charges related to an incident involving a fellow Indiana University student. According to the article, he was charged with:
- Rape
- Criminal Deviate Conduct
- Sexual Battery
- Criminal Confinement
As part of a plea agreement, Bagryanskiy ultimately pled guilty to criminal confinement, and the remaining charges were dismissed. The underlying events and legal resolution were publicly reported at the time and have remained part of the public domain through reputable news sources.
According to the article, Boris and another man were hanging out with a girl in their dorm room at Indiana University. Once the other man left the room, Boris criminally confined her.
What was going on in his mind at the time? When someone else is around….do nothing? When he was alone with the girl…criminally confine her?
